NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 7, 2017, in the 1st Floor Conference Room of the Bonner County Administration Building, 1500 Highway 2, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following request: File V493-17 - Variance Request - Rear Yard Setback -The Five J Timber Co., Inc. is requesting a 4-foot rear yard setback where 25 feet is required for the conversion of an existing 1983 garage to an accessory dwelling unit. The site is located approximately 0.3 miles West of Highway 41 on E 4th Street S in Oldtown, Idaho on block 2 lots 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23 of Ankersons Addition to Newport in Section 25, Township 56 North, Range 6 West, Boise Meridian.
