Sept. 27
A mother and daughter were trespassed from a business in the 100 block of Euclid Avenue after a complaint of disorderly conduct at 9:23 a.m.
An officer was unable to locate a squirrel’s nest that had reported fallen from a tree in the area of Chestnut Street and N. Division Avenue at 10:02 a.m.
A case was assigned to cover an ongoing barking dog complaint in the 1700 block of Larch Street at 10:34 a.m.
Report of accidental 911 activation while trying to get an outside line on Turbine Drive at 10:49 a.m.
Custodial papers were placed on file at the police department due to ongoing problems on Spruce Street at 11:24 a.m.
Another accidental 911 activation was reported on Airpark Lane at 1:14 p.m.

Richard K Borja, 26, of Hope, was cited on a charge of invalid driver’s license and possession of marijuana and paraphernalia in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 4:07 p.m.
A caller on W. Lake Street was advised again at 4:19 p.m. that his vehicle was not stolen or taken without permission, it was a civil issue.
A caller was directed to Coeur d’Alene authorities to file a report after a call at 4:10 p.m.
An officer advised a caller in the Bridge Street area at 7:15 p.m. that the noise level at the beach was not excessive.
An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the Pine Street area at 8:43 p.m.
A bicycle was reported taken from the 800 block of N. Division at 8:44 p.m.
A Sandpoint officer assisted county units on a call on Jeffrey Drive at 9:24 p.m.
A group of young adults was contacted in the Bridge Street area at 10:42 p.m. and issued verbal warnings for reckless driving and loud noise.
Russell H Spade, 26, of Sandpoint, was arrested at City Beach on a Bonner County misdemeanor warrant at 11:56 p.m.
