Oct. 11

A 13-year-old female in the city was reported as a runaway at 6:03 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Louis Lane at 7:19 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Larch Street at 9:15 a.m.

A bike was found at 10:03 a.m. in the 300 block of First Avenue that had been stolen a week prior. It was returned to the owner.

A follow-up report was taken on Michigan Street at 10:39 a.m.

Attempted fraud was reported in the 1100 block of Division Avenue at 10:11 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the Boyer Road area at 1:04 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on First Avenue at 2:08 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Church Street at 3:06 p.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Lake Street at 5:08 p.m.

After a report of a possible prowler at 7:41 p.m., officers checked a residence in the 700 block of Boyer Avenue, finding no one inside or around the building.

Officers were unable to contact the owners of barking dogs in the 1100 block of Oak Street after a complaint at 9:45 p.m.

Jeremy J. Fisher, 45, of Sandpoint was arrested in the Larch Street area at 10:18 p.m. on charges of felony possession with intent to deliver and driving without privileges; and Jennifer Y. Odell, 36, of Sandpoint, was cited at the same time and location on a charge of possession of paraphernalia.

An officer advised that a report of disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Fourth Avenue at 11:30 p.m. was unfounded; one neighbor was checking on the other.

Oct. 12

An officer advised that a report of someone inside a residence in the 700 block of Boyer Avenue at 12:20 a.m. was unfounded.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Hickory Glen Avenue at 5:53 a.m.
