A bike was found at 10:03 a.m. in the 300 block of First Avenue that had been stolen a week prior. It was returned to the owner.

Attempted fraud was reported in the 1100 block of Division Avenue at 10:11 a.m.
An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the Boyer Road area at 1:04 p.m.

Officers were unable to contact the owners of barking dogs in the 1100 block of Oak Street after a complaint at 9:45 p.m.
Jeremy J. Fisher, 45, of Sandpoint was arrested in the Larch Street area at 10:18 p.m. on charges of felony possession with intent to deliver and driving without privileges; and Jennifer Y. Odell, 36, of Sandpoint, was cited at the same time and location on a charge of possession of paraphernalia.
An officer advised that a report of disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Fourth Avenue at 11:30 p.m. was unfounded; one neighbor was checking on the other.
