A case was assigned to cover an agency assist on Fifth Avenue at 9:18 a.m.
A transient was warned about camping inside city limits in the 100 block of E. Lake Street at 10:08 a.m.
A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1700 block of Culvers Drive at 1:33 p.m.
Report of a 911 pocket dial on N. Boyer Road at 2:21 p.m.
An officer responded to a report of a reckless driver in the Highway 95 area at 2:37 p.m.
An officer assisted BGH with mental hold paperwork on N. Third Avenue at 2:18 p.m.
Report of a group of juveniles at the skate park on Pine Street being rude to passers-by at 3:30 p.m.

Patrick G. Simpson, 47, of Sandpoint, was cited in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 8:08 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.
After a drunken driving investigation in the area of highways 200 and 95 at 9:50 p.m., the driver was released without charges.
After a welfare check request at 10:12 p.m., officers checked on a female and children on Hemlock Court and advised a relative came to spend the rest of the night with them.
Cody L. Newton, 23, of Sandpoint, and Josef L. Senesac, 24, of Spokane, were cited in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 10:19 p.m. on charges of malicious injury to property after they were caught painting graffiti on a business.
An officer was unable to locate a reported drunken driver on N. First Avenue at 10:57 p.m.
James B. Robertson, 26, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of Pine Street and Euclid Avenue at 11:52 p.m. on charges of driving without privileges.

After a report of suspicious circumstances in the 700 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 12:07 a.m., officers were unable to locate anyone in the area.
An officer assisted on an alarm call on Larkspur Street in Ponderay at 3:25 a.m.
