Oct. 19

An unattended death was reported on S. Lincoln Avenue at 9:19 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on N. Division Avenue at 8:28 a.m.

A 16-year-old Kootenai female was issued a promise to appear on a charge of battery after a physical altercation with another juvenile in the 1000 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 9:41 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Main Street at 9:50 a.m.

Officers contacted a male and female involved in a verbal dispute in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue at 10:30 a.m.; no charges were pressed.

Report of an illegally parked vehicle in the 800 block of Hickory Street at 8:30 a.m.

A bicycle was reported found on S. Ella Avenue at 11:31 a.m.

Selkirk Fire Rescue and EMS responded to a structure fire reported on Highway 95 in Sagle at 1:15 p.m.

An officer assisted EMS in the 500 block of Antone Street at 2:05 p.m.

A shoplifting incident was reported in the 600 block of Larch Street and was placed under investigation at 2:27 p.m.

Report of a 911 misdial on W. Lake Street at 3:29 p.m.

Damian G. Jones, 25, of Sagle, was arrested in the 400 block of Samuelson Avenue at 4:09 p.m. on two Bonner County warrants, one felony.

A follow-up report was to be done on a reckless driving complaint reported in the area of Lakeview Boulevard and St. Clair Avenue at 4:52 p.m.

The owner of a vehicle left in a parking lot in the 600 block of Larch Street at 1:43 p.m. was advised to move it.

A bicycle was reported found on Ontario Street at 2:30 p.m.

A resident in the 100 block of S. Second Avenue at 6:29 p.m. was advised to call when the noise problem was occurring

A resident in the 1200 block of Hickory Street was referred to Spokane authorities for assistance at 7:52 p.m.

Officers were unable to contact a disorderly male in the 1100 block of Hickory Street at 8:48 p.m.; he would not answer the door.

PONDERAY POLICE

Oct. 19

Suspicious circumstances were reported on Fontaine Drive at 6:42 a.m.

A large sign was returned to its original location after a report of a traffic hazard in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Baldy Mountain Road at 6:27 a.m.

An officer assisted Sandpoint Police in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue at 10:30 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a report of information on Highway 95 at 1:58 p.m.

Trespassing was reported on Highway 95 at 2:40 p.m.

An officer responded to the 900 block of Bonner Mall Way in reference to a vehicle collision at 4:06 p.m.

An officer responded to the 1100 block of Fontaine Drive in reference to suspicious activity at 4:39 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of a theft in the 200 block of Birch Avenue at 5:21 p.m.
