Check out a library card and score

| September 1, 2017 1:00 AM

If you have been meaning to come in and get your library card, but haven’t made time to do it, we might have the right motivation for you during National Library Card Sign-up Month in September.

In addition to all of the exciting possibilities that having a library card offers (including saving tons of money on stuff you can stream and borrow instead of buy), new card-holders will qualify for freebies, prizes, and photo opps with Teen Titans, the National Library Card Sign-up Month honorary chairs.

Our friends at Beet & Basil @ the Creek have donated a $100 gift certificate to be drawn at the end of the month. Anyone 13 years and older who gets a new library card qualifies to enter. New patrons of any age can qualify to win a bag of cool library swag just for signing up. All new card holders win freebies and can get their picture taken with a Teen Titan selfie frame or props. Everyone who joins, helps us to reach our goal of 220 new patrons during the month of September.

Don’t be afraid of The Library during construction. The only thing more powerful than Teen Titans is your library card. Visit our website for weekly project updates and subscribe to our eNewsletter. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn for fresh content every day.
