HARRISON FLATS — Brooke Stevens posted 24 assists and eight digs, and Hailey Bristol 10 kills and four digs to lead Clark Fork to a 25-18, 25-21, 25-12 road sweep of Kootenai on Tuesday night in North Star League volleyball.

Clark Fork (5-0, 1-0 NSL) once again got contributions from a host of players, as Grace Shelton had five kills and three aces, Tessa Sutton five kills and Ellie Kiebert four kills. Cats head coach Cindy Kiebert praised the play of Bristol, who is emerging as the go-to hitter.

“Hailey had a breakout night tonight,” said Derr, who felt her team regressed with a poor serving night. “Kootenai socked it to us with their tip game out of the middle, and we had a hard time adjusting. Overall, we hung in there.”
