Twelve years ago Katrina hit New Orleans. Many evangelical Christian preachers, including Pat Robertson, said this is their God punishing New Orleans for being a modern day Sodom and Gomorra. So why did their God send Harvey to Texas?

Could it be because Texas is a climate-change denying red state and voted for Trump? (That would be my guess.) I would be interested in hearing these evangelical Christian preachers excuse for what their God has done to Texas. It will probably be something like “testing their faith.”

Interesting, when it’s those they like, it is “testing their faith.” When it’s those they don’t like, it is God’s punishment.

Do these evangelical Christian preachers have a double standard?

Also Christian evangelist Franklin Graham says that Democrats are sin filled. If that is so, why is it there were major hurricanes during the Bush and now Trump administrations but none during Obama’s?
