Aug. 30

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Cedar Street at 8:38 a.m.

Chase M. Rodriguez, 21, of Hope, turned himself in on a felony Bonner County warrant on S. Division Avenue at 9:50 a.m.

Fraud was reported in the 700 block of Sixth Avenue at 10:57 a.m.

A set of keys found on N. First Avenue was returned to its owner at 12:01 p.m.

A no-contact order violation was reported in the 300 block of Lavina Avenue at 12:10 p.m.

An officer was unable to contact a citizen in the 1500 block of Oak Street after a request for assistance at 12:07 p.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 1200 block of Kinnikinnik Avenue at 12:15 p.m.

A dog and vehicle had already left the area of N. Second and Main when the officer arrived at 2:24 p.m. following a complaint.

David P Gilligan, 46 YOA, no permanent address, was arrested in the area of First Avenue and Church Street at 2:47 p.m. on a Kootenai County misdemeanor warrant.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on S. Ella Avenue at 4:43 p.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Railroad Depot Road at 5:03 p.m.

A sex offense reported in the city was placed under investigation at 5:56 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a group of juveniles who may have been on the roof of a building in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 9:34 p.m.

After a report of suspicious circumstances in the 1900 block of Pine Street at 9:54 p.m., officer contacted the male, who advised he was working on his vehicle.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on N. Fourth Avenue regarding a lost dog at 9:58 p.m.

Tucker S. Hathaway, 29, no permanent address, was arrested in the 200 block of E. Superior Street at 10:29 p.m. on a Bonner County warrant.

A 911 caller hung up when the situation resolved itself in the 200 block of E. Superior Street at 10:33 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the Oak Street area at 11:29 p.m.

Aug. 31

Officers were unable to locate any loud male voices in the area of the 1200 block of Larch Street after a complaint at 12:35 a.m.

Officers assisted the county on a call in the 9100 block of Kelso Lake Road in Priest River at 2:34 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate a disoriented female in the 800 block of Monroe Avenue at 4:38 a.m.
