Langley Properties, a Coeur d’Alene-based limited liability corporation, is proposing a 14-lot project at 4974 Dickensheet Road near Coolin. The hearing on the project, dubbed Merle’s Estates, starts at 5:30 p.m. in the Bonner County Administration Building.

Tim Trimble, meanwhile is seeking a conditional use permit for a nine-lot planned unit development on Lake Cocolalla. In addition to the development lots, there will also be a open space lot and a common area lot.

This project’s hearing is also set for 5:30 p.m.
