Mountain Harmony seeks members for show choir

Calling all singers. singers — the Mountain Harmony Show Choir is for you. The choir is for those 12 years to young adult, from Newport, Priest River, Blanchard, and surrounding areas. Singers are being sought to join Mountain Harmony Show Choir for its fifth season of singing, dancing and musicals. The choir is directed by Nina Pletsch and DeeAnn Boydston.

Please join us Thursday, Sept 21, and Thursday, Sept. 28 at 3:30 p.m. for registration, then from 4-6 p.m. for rehearsal at the United Church of Christ on the corner of Spokane and Third streets as the choir kicks off its fall season where members will be sharing great Christmas songs with the community in December.

All rehearsals will be on Thursdays from 4-6 p.m.

The choir’s spring musical will start in January with performances in April. This is more than fun — just ask anyone who has been in one of choir’s shows in the past.

All past members are welcome. Please bring your friends. If they enjoyed our shows from the past: Nifty Fifties, Flapper, Broadway through the Ages and Disney on Stage, they will love our upcoming musical.
