Banner Bank holding community food drive

For every food item donated or for every dollar donated for the Bonner Community Food Bank, the bank will give the individual a raffle ticket. After the end of the month, the bank will hold a drawing and the winner gets a $50 Visa gift card.
Bank officials said the food bank is in need everything, but especially canned meats, peanut butter, canned beans, and Thanksgiving Items. The food banks in Sandpoint and Priest River — Bonner Community Food Bank is in charge of both — help on average of 5,500 people a month.
The bank is open, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
