Local competes at state handball Sandpoint junior Declan Plummer, right, competed in the B singles and B doubles at the recent Idaho State Handball Championships in Pocatello. Plummer, pictured against a 21 year-old student from Utah State, lost 11-9 in the tie-breaker in this singles match, then lost an 11-8 tie-breaker in an Idaho vs. Utah doubles final that featured two former college baseball players.
