Nicholas Kuhn, 20, of Sandpoint, was arrested at 11:07 p.m. on an outstanding Bonner County warrant on Highway 200 near Kootenai Bay Road. He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.

March 28

A case was assigned to cover an unfounded report of a possible theft from a motor vehicle in the 800 block of Division Avenue at 7:16 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Olive Avenue at 8:01 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless tractor-trailer driver in the 474000 block of Highway 95 at 10:08 a.m.

Allie L. Whitt, 56, of Clark Fork, was arrested in the 4000 block of Samuelson Avenue at 10:36 a.m. on a Bonner County warrant.

Suspicious phone calls were reported in the 300 block of Cedar Street at 11:57 a.m.

A citizen reported possible animal abuse in the Highway 2 area at 12:39 p.m.

Jewelry and a shotgun were reported taken from the 1100 block of Maple Avenue at 1:03 p.m.

Possible fraud was reported in the 700 block of Church Street at 1:09 p.m.

Anna Tholke, 35, of Cocolalla, was arrested in the 500 block of Lakeview Boulevard at 1:42 p.m. on charges of burglary and grand theft; and Roy A James, 39, of Orofino, was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of burglary.

After a welfare check request in the 300 block of Halley Street at 4:34 p.m., an officer advised the individual was OK.

A follow-up report was taken on Lake Street at 4:51 p.m.

A case was pulled for a polygraph examination on Lakeview Boulevard at 6:26 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Fifth Avenue at 9:04 p.m.

Stephanie A. Walton, 28, of Sagle, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. in the 476000 block of Highway 95 on a charge of driving under the influence (second offense).
