Ivan Baumann, 22, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 4200 block of Samuelson Avenue at 1:01 a.m. on an outstanding Bonner County bench warrant and on a Kootenai County bench warrant.
Deputies, EMS and Selkirk Fire responded to a reported structure fire in the 462000 block of Highway 95 in Cocolalla at 2:15 a.m.
SANDPOINT POLICE
April 9
A resident in the 500 block of Euclid Avenue was issued a verbal warning at 9:36 a.m. to contain her chickens
A 17-year-old Sandpoint male was issued a promise to appear on a charge possession of paraphernalia in the 1500 block of Pine Street at 1:31 p.m.; and a second 17-year-old male was issued a promise to appear on a charge of frequenting at the same time and location.
After officers checked on a female in the 700 block of Highway 2 at 4:25 p.m., a report was filed regarding a possible probation violation.
An officer assisted Ponderay Police in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 5:48 p.m.
Ongoing harassment was reported in the 300 block of Lavina Avenue at 7:27 p.m.
Threatening texts were reported in the 1100 block of Sixth Avenue at 7:51 p.m.
