Philip Steven Rogers passed away March 23, 2018 in Modesto, Calif. Memorial services have been held in California. In lieu of flowers the family asks with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to your favorite charity

Born Nov. 9, 1940, in Sandpoint, Idaho, to Felix and Hazel Rogers, he graduated from Sandpoint High in 1959 and Seattle University in 1963, where he met his wife, Teresa (Annotti). They married in September 1963 and lived briefly in Seattle before moving to Hollister, Calif.
