Do the people running for an office really believe all of the signs you see all over the county showing their names actually entice people to vote for them? Certainly not me or others I have spoken to about this.

These signs are just a waste of money and all they do is clutter up the locations where they are installed. If these politicos want to put up signs with their names in big bold letters then why not have a website printed on them in big bold letters so we, the voters, could pull up their websites and actually read what qualifications they have for the position they are trying to be elected to and what changes they intend to make if any.

Seems to me that the way it is now, the person who spends the most money on their signs and has more signs and the largest signs, qualified or not, will probably be elected. Kind of a crummy way of doing things don’t you think?
