Two registered Democrats are running for Idaho State Representative Seat A. Bonner County Democrats have guiding principles that they believe in and work for. These include, but are not limited to, the belief that Idaho has a responsibility to educate all students for success, that the role of government is to create and support conditions that allows all people the opportunity to succeed, and that there is a natural resources policy that provides recreational and economic opportunities while protecting this legacy for future generations.

Ellen Weissman is an educator and senior citizen advocate who understands and supports the guiding principles of the Bonner County Democrats and is the clear choice for state representative.

Bob Vickaryous holds beliefs very different from those of Democrats. He is a Democrat in name only.
