Moreno second at BCA 8 Ball Championships Sandpoint’s Madalina Moreno showed tremendous skill and a sharp eye to finish in second place out of 163 pool players in the Silver Division, and also fourth in the team Gold Division out of 50 teams at the 23rd annual Western BCA (Billiards Congress of America) Regional 8 Ball Championships recently at the Chinook Winds Casino in Lincoln City, Oregon.
