The Bulldog baseball team will also host the Bears, with first pitch at 2 p.m. at Pine St. Field. With excellent weather in store, and a lot on a the line, it figures to be an action packed day in Sandpoint. The late Cubs great Ernie Banks once said “it’s a beautiful day for a ball game, let’s play two.” Indeed, Mr. Cub.
