Julian Freeman, 58, of Priest Lake, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. in the area of Dickensheet Road and Highway 57 in Priest Lake on charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Report of disorderly conduct in the 4000 block of Lakeshore Road in Coolin at 1:55 a.m.

July 15

An officer assisted Health & Welfare at Bonner General Health in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 6:32 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported in the area of Highway 2 and Ontario Street at 7:41 a.m.

Officers mediated in a family dispute in the 1400 block of Church Street at 8:39 a.m.

A cellphone found on Bridge Street was turned in to the police department at 11:38 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Marion Avenue at 1:57 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Sandpoint West Drive at 2:25 p.m.

An officer assisted other units on a call on Highway 95 in Ponderay at 2:31 p.m.

Officers mediated in a dispute between roommates in the 900 block of Larch Street at 2:57 p.m.

A purse found on Bridge Street was turned in to the police department at 3:56 p.m.

A caller in the 500 block of Olive Avenue was referred to staff at 4 p.m.

A Sandpoint officer assisted Ponderay with an arrest in the 477100 block of Highway 95 at 2:27 a.m.

PONDERAY POLICE

July 15

An officer responded to the 476800 block of Highway 95 in reference to suspicious activity reported at 11:45 a.m.

An officer received a report of suspicious activity in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 1:33 p.m.

Royce R. Good, 48, of Pittsburg, Calif., was arrested in the 477200 block of Highway 95 at 2:31 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana (less than three ounces), possession of methamphetamine, and possession of paraphernalia with the intent to use.

An officer responded to the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way for an alarm activation at 5:31 p.m.

An officer and Northside Fire responded to a non-injury crash reported in the area of Highway 200 and Kootenai Cutoff Road at 7:15 p.m.

An officer responded to a family offense reported in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 9:13 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the 200 block of Vermeer Drive at 9:46 p.m.

July 16

Joseph P. Kincaid, 55, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested in the 477100 block of Highway 95 at 2:27 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana (less than three ounces) and stalking in the first degree.
