An officer checked on a male and vehicle after a report of suspicious circumstances in the area of Fir Street and N. Ella Avenue at 6:20 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Pine Street at 8:06 a.m.

Nicholas W. Mattison, 39, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue at 10:28 a.m. on a Bonner County warrant, and was cited on a charge of driving without privileges.

A suspicious fire was reported in the 500 block of Erie Street at 10:33 a.m.

A cellphone was reported taken in the 200 block of N. First Avenue at 11:35 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on N. Fourth Avenue at 11:38 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reckless driver reported to be headed out of the city on Fifth Avenue at 11:36 a.m.

A juvenile reported missing in the 700 block of Ontario Street was located inside the residence at 12:57 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Jefferson Avenue at 1:37 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a male reported to be causing problems in a business in the 100 block of Cedar Street at 1:53 p.m.

Possible charges are pending for malicious injury to property after a building in the 300 block of N. Fourth Avenue sustained damage at 2:22 p.m.

An attempt to locate was issued for a possibly suicidal male in the city at 9:03 p.m.

Cody J Williams, 30, of Ponderay, was arrested in the 1200 block of Fifth Avenue at 10:20 p.m. on a Bonner County warrant and was cited on a charge of possession of paraphernalia.

July 17

Christopher R. Vanausdal, 26, of Cheney, Wash., and Austin S. Anderson, 27, of Airway Heights, Wash., were cited in the 475000 block of Highway 95 on charges of possession of marijuana.

PONDERAY POLICE

July 16

An officer assisted a motorist near Highway 200 and Highway 95 at 8:23 a.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Highway 200 at 11:37 a.m.

A theft was reported on Bonner Mall Way at 1:29 p.m.

Threats were reported on Highway 95 at 5:14 p.m.

Scott R. Tylenda, 49, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery in the 31400 block of Highway 200 at 10:01 p.m.
