Come on folks, forget the bridge. BNSF Railway will build that bridge. Why? Because they are BNSF Railway and can do and will do anything they want and nobody can stop them because they are BNSF Railway.

However, the railroad crossings in Sandpoint that have crossing arms can be made silent crossing so the train horns will no longer be honked at all hours of the day and night. The railroad must conform to this if our politicos in Sandpoint get off of their duffs and petition the railroads to make all of those crossings in Sandpoint silent crossings by doing the proper paperwork and submitting them to the railroads.

This is legal and the railroads must conform. This has been done in Hope and in Coeur d’Alene, as well as other cities around the country. I would be very happy to assist the politicos in Sandpoint to accomplish this if they would like me to work with them in getting this done. So come on all of you politicos, really do something worthwhile for the citizens of Sandpoint.
