Report of suspicious activity in the 36000 block of Highway 41 in Oldtown at 12 a.m.

Christina Henson, 37, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested in the 1000 block of Highway 2 on a felony warrant, and on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and providing false information; and Steven Rasmuson, 57, was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

SANDPOINT POLICE

July 24

A very minor collision was reported in the 100 block of E. Lake Street at 6:49 a.m.

Christopher A Cook, 43, of Moses Lake, was arrested on a Kootenai County warrant at 8:07 a.m. in the area of Michigan Street and S. Fourth Avenue.

After a report of suicide threats on N. Ella Avenue, an officer checked on an adult male at 9:09 a.m. and advised he was fine.

An officer was unable to locate a wanted subject in the area of the 1000 block of Maple Avenue at 12:31 p.m.

Report of a noxious weeds complaint in the 700 block of N. Lincoln Avenue at 1:34 p.m.

A citation for driving without privileges (infraction) was issued to an unspecified individual after a traffic stop in the 1400 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 4:09 p.m.

Audie J. Cooke, 29, of Sagle. was arrested in the area of Huron Avenue and W. Superior Street at 4:32 p.m. on a felony warrant.

An officer was unable to locate a male reported to be causing problems in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 5:14 p.m.

An officer assisted a probation officer in the 500 block of N. Fourth Avenue at 5:59 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a group of juveniles reported to be causing problems at the kayak launch on N. First Avenue at 6:18 p.m.

Joseph W. Smith, 50, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1700 block of Industrial Drive at 10:05 p.m. on a charge of trespassing.

A 14-year-old Sagle male and a 17-year-old Sandpoint female were issued promises to a appear on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia in the 1500 block of Fifth Avenue at 11:29 p.m.; the same charges are pending for a 17-year-old Kootenai male.

July 25

Timothy B. Thoreson, 23, of Albany, Ore., was cited in the area of Highway 2 and W. Lake Street at 1:12 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Rileigh A. Turner, 21, no permanent address, was arrested in the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 3:17 a.m. on a charge of possession of methampetamine.
