(Photo by CAROLINE LOBSINGER) Artist Leata Judd and a Lake Pend Oreille High School student many the school’s booth at the Pend Oreille Arts Council’s annual Arts & Crafts Fair, being held for the first time this year in downtown Sandpoint after years at City Beach. The event continues today, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., in downtown Sandpoint (centered around Second Avenue and Main Street). The Arts & Crafts Fair features regional artists, craftsman and more as well as Kaleidoscope Kids Booth.
