Robert Lee Fuller Jr., M.D., 70
Robert Lee Fuller Jr. M.D., Ph.D., 70., died August 10, 2018.
It is a monumental task to give words to the life of a man who lived larger than life. He was a brilliant dedicated doctor, a world class fly fisherman, a wonderful father and what he valued most, his wife’s loving husband, best friend, lover and comrade.
Rob was a fifth-generation son of Idaho, he loved the high mountains, the wild rivers, the early fall snow, the sweet scent of the syringa trees, the majestic eagles and hawks, and the wolves howling in the night.
He championed the downtrodden, fought for justice, the health of our beloved mother earth, and sincerely believed everyone should have a good life if they worked hard.
He has gone to Valhalla to be loved by the Valkyries until we meet again.
In memorial, Rob wanted his family and friends to remember him by going into the mountains to feel the scented breeze of the pines and feel the wild animals who live and die in harmony with nature. Go put a line in the river water and enjoy the catch but let that fish go, as he would have, gently, with love.
Please give blood in his honor. Your generous donations sustained him and will do so for many brave souls in their fight.
