A male was asked to leave the property in the 600 block of Church Street at 12:48 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate an illegally parked vehicle at City Beach at 1:09 p.m.

Terrance M. Finnerty, 41, of Cocolalla, was arrested in the 600 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 3:45 a.m. on a charge of possession of meth and was cited on a charge of possession of paraphernalia.

PONDERAY POLICE

Aug. 6

Report of a hit-and-run accident in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 6:43 a.m.

Suspicious activity was reported in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 10:07 a.m.

Report of a theft in the 500 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 10:41 a.m.

Trespassing was reported in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 1:40 p.m.

Harley C. Driggs, 44, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 3:51 p.m. on charges of possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of controlled substance (marijuana), and possession of paraphernalia with intent to use.

Officers assisted Sandpoint Police in the 300 block of Marion Avenue at 7:08 p.m.

An officer responded to a vehicle fire in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 8:28 p.m.

A municipal code violation was reported in the 200 block of E. Jefferson Avenue at 8:50 a.m.
