Kenneth Hammond, 25, of Rathdrum, was cited in the 31000 block of Highway 41 in Blanchard at 12:12 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana.

An alarm call was reported in the 5700 block of Highway 2 in Priest River at 1:55 a.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the pre-100 block of Treat Street in Priest River at 2:47 a.m.

Report of a non-injury accident in the area of Highway 2 and E. Settlement Road in Priest River at 3:54 a.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the Highway 41 area in Blanchard at 4:16 a.m.

An informational report was filed at the police department from the area of W. Superior and S. Division at 8:06 a.m.

An alarm was reported in the 500 block of Lakeview Boulevard at 8:31 p.m.

A theft of medication was placed under investigation in the 200 block of S. Division Avenue at 11:36 a.m.

An officer responded for a civil standby in the 300 block of N. Third Avenue at 12:07 p.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 12:17 p.m.

A civil standby was requested in the 1400 block of W. Lake Street at 2:28 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a vehicle reported to be blocking a driveway in the 700 block of W. Lake Street at 2:48 p.m.

Brian M. Stefani, 52, of Ponderay, was arrested in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 3:39 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

An officer checked a railroad crossing after a complaint in the area of N. Boyer and Baldy Mountain at 4:31 p.m.; the crossing arms were functioning properly.

Report of an abandoned bicycle at the courthouse on S. First Avenue at 3:42 p.m.

The owner of an illegally parked vehicle in the area of N. Boyer and Woodland Drive was told to move it at 5:37 p.m.

A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported in the 200 block of N. Division Avenue at 6:27 p.m.

A bicycle found in the 1300 block of Oak Street was brought to the police department at 6:51 p.m.

A reckless driver was issued a verbal warning in the 2000 block of Pine Street at 7:07 p.m.
