Russ Brisboy, left, and Pat Garvey were the winners of the annual two-day Elks Golf Club Championships on Saturday and Sunday at the Elks. Brisboy carded a 66-74 on the par 70 track for a score of 140 to claim his 19th championship, while Garvey shot 80-83 for a total of 163 to win the low net in the 23 member tourney.
