Beau Miller, 35, was arrested in the 1300 block of Cemetery Road in Priest River at 10:18 a.m. on a misdemeanor arrest warrant.

Gannon Ruddy, 55, was arrested in the 3000 block of Highway 2 in Priest River at 10:28 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

A welfare check was requested in Athol in the Where Its At Road area at 10:59 a.m.

Joshua Gordon Swanson, 31, of Priest River was arrested in the 5000 block of Highway 2 at 2:27 p.m. on a charge of petit theft, resisting and obstructing, possession of paraphernalia with intent to use, possession of marijuana, and a count of trafficking heroin.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Pine Street at 7:44 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a report of shoplifting on Larch Street at 7:52 a.m.

A juvenile problem was reported on Boyer Avenue at 10:04 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Louis Lane at 9:50 a.m.

After a complaint at 10:10 a.m., officers checked on some horses in the 2200 block of Great Northern Road and advised they were all fine.

An officer mediated in a civil dispute in the 900 block of Ruth Avenue at 10:07 a.m.

A male in the 900 block of Ruth Avenue was issued a verbal warning regarding telephonic harassment at 10:35 a.m.

A recreational vehicle in the 500 block of Superior Street was tagged for 48-hour removal at 10:50 a.m.

A follow-up report was requested on Halley Street at 12:54 p.m.

Attempted credit card fraud was reported in the 500 block of Second Avenue at 1:31 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a motorist in the 474000 block of Highway 95 reported to be in need of assistance at 1:57 p.m.

Officers checked on an elderly female in the 600 block of Jenny Lane after a welfare check request at 1:59 p.m.; they advised she was fine.

A male in the Lake Street area was advised to cease communications with a female citizen after a report of harassment in the city at 2:11 p.m.

The owner of a motorhome in the 400 block of Euclid Avenue advised at 4:59 p.m. that he is in the process of moving it out of the roadway.

An officer checked several addresses in Sandpoint looking for a missing juvenile from the county at 8:50 p.m.; he was eventually

located in Montana with his mother.

An officer attempted to locate a suspicious vehicle reported in the pre-100 block of Lakeshore Drive at 10 p.m.; he was unable to find neither the vehicle nor the victim.

An officer assisted an elderly female in Ponderay in the Highway 95 area at 10:30 p.m.

An officer advised a trespass complaint in the 300 block of Halley Street at 10:59 p.m. was not called in by the actual victim and could not be verified.

An officer responded to a report of suspicious circumstances in the area of Kootenai Cutoff and McNearney roads at 12:08 p.m.

Michael E. Cowan, 47, of Newport, Wash., was cited in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 3:24 p.m. on a charge of petit theft.

An officer took a report of threats in the 1100 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 3:19 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 500 block of Larkspur Street at 4:24 p.m.

An officer conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of Larkspur Street at 6:17 p.m.
