Dec. 9

A traffic complaint regarding a possible reckless driver was reported in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 9:49 a.m.

Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury collision in the 700 block of Church Street at 11:58 a.m.

A 15-year-old Newport juvenile turned himself in at JDU on Samuelson Avenue for a Bonner County warrant at 2:17 p.m. He also had a felony warrant out of Spokane County, as well as being a signed runaway out of Pend Oreille County, Wash.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 1200 block of Maple Avenue at 2:16 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken in the Main Street area at 2:14 p.m.

An officer mediated in a child custody dispute on Merton Avenue at 7:44 p.m.

PONDERAY POLICE

Dec. 9

An officer officer responded to a call of a 911 hang-up in the 477000 block of Highway 95 at 12:28 p.m.

An officer responded to a call of a vehicle fire in the 476800 block of Highway 95 at 1:50 p.m.

Daniel D. Dandurand, 39, of Ponderay was cited in the Highway 95 area at 6:43 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

Earle W. Shofstall II of Sagle, 47, was cited in the Highway 95 area at 7:41 p.m. on a charge of theft by price tag alteration.

An officer responded to an alarm activation reported in the 477000 block of Highway 95 at 10:31 p.m.

An officer responded to an alarm reported in the 476500 block of Highway 95 at 10:44 p.m.
