INDEPENDENT HIGHWAY DISTRICT DRAFT TRANSPORTATION PLAN FOR PUBLIC COMMENT The Board of Commissioners for the Independent Highway District (IHD) is seeking public comment on their Draft Schweitzer Area Transportation Plan prior to the plan adoption in early 2019. The draft plan can be accessed via the following steps: On Windows computers Windows 7 and below, to open Windows Explorer: Click on Start, then click on Computer, in the address box at top, enter ftp.jub.com. Windows 8-10, to open File Explorer: Right click on the Windows icon in the lower left corner of the screen, then click on File Explorer, in the address box at the top, enter ftp.jub.com. On Mac computers From the desktop type the keyboard shortcut Command key + k, then in the Connect to Server dialog box in the Server Address field enter ftp://ftp.jub.com, select Connect. At the login prompt, enter the User name "IHD" and the Password "Masterplan" (both are case sensitive and without quotes). A comment form is also available in the file. If you do not have computer access you may schedule an appointment to view the draft plan by calling Angela Comstock at 208-762-8787.
