County officials to be sworn in

SANDPOINT — Candidates who prevailed in last month’s general election are scheduled to be sworn in on Monday, Jan. 14.

The swearing-in ceremony for those who were elected to office in Bonner County is set for 10 a.m. at the Bonner County Administration Building.

Taking their inaugural oaths of office will be District 1 Bonner County Commissioner-elect Steven Bradshaw and Assessor-elect Donna Gow, both of whom are Republicans. Republican District 3 Commissioner Dan McDonald, meanwhile, was re-elected to his second term.

Other candidates who stood unopposed for election include Clerk Michael Rosedale, Treasurer Cheryl Piehl and Coroner Robert Beers, all of whom are also Republicans.
