Foster Cline to talk at 7B Women meeting
He’s an internationally renowned child and adult psychiatrist, accomplished author and fortunately for our community, a Sandpoint resident. Dr. Foster Cline has been the one many parents turn to when struggling with a parenting issue.
Among his authored books is the extremely popular parenting bible, “Parenting with Love and Logic”.
For their February luncheon, 7B Women are welcoming Dr. Cline as their guest speaker. “We are so grateful that Dr. Cline has accepted our invitation to share his expertise with us” said 7B Women committee member Alice Sloane. “Since he spoke to our group two years ago, we have been looking forward to his return and this month provided the perfect opportunity.”
In his presentation, Dr. Cline will address the communication and responses that make loving relationships work, something we all can benefit from.
The luncheon will take place on Tuesday, February 13 from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Tango Café and is open to everyone in the community, men and women. The cost is $21 or $16 if you are a member of 7B Women, Inc. Indivi-dual memberships cost $35 per year and can be paid online at the group’s website, 7BWomen.com.
Please note that due to the high participation in the past and so Tango Café can adequately prepare for the luncheon, pre-registration is highly encouraged. “If this is a topic that interests you, as it will many, we recommend registering online right away,” said 7B Women Secretary Gina Hall, reminding people that last time Dr. Cline spoke to 7B Women, the event was a complete sellout.
If people would like an opportunity to promote their business at the luncheon, attendees are asked to bring an item to raffle and will be given a “minute with the mic” during the course of the luncheon.
Register online at 7BWomen.com and you can also purchase your raffle tickets ahead of time to avoid standing in line at check in and optimizing your networking time. Raffle tickets are $1 each or 6 tickets for $5.
