| February 7, 2018 12:00 AM

PLUMMER — Kenyon Spottedhorse scored 22 points as the host Lakeside Knights, missing a couple players due to illness, routed the also-shorthanded Clark Fork Wampus Cats 80-47 in North Star League play Tuesday at Ron Miller Court.

Day Day Higgins added 18 points, Talon Twoteeth 17 for Lakeside (11-8, 5-4 NSL), which can fill it up offensively.

Lakeside coach James Twoteeth said he liked “when we stopped shooting 3s, and started taking it to the basket. That’s what I’m trying to get them to do, attack the basket a little more.”

Sophomore Kobe Banks scored 25 points and sophomore Josh Constantin 13 for Clark Fork (2-10, 2-7), which suited up just five players and had no chance of keeping up with the run-and-gun Knights.

Clark Fork is at Wallace on Feb. 16 in the regular season finale.
