An officer spoke to a juvenile at the police department on W. Lake Street at 11:38 a.m. at the request of his parent.
An adult female was transported the jail at the request of Probation and Parole at 12:37 p.m.
Information regarding sprinkler maintenance in the N. Division Avenue area was relayed to law enforcement at 9:12 a.m.
A dog owner in the 1300 block of Vineyard Drive was issued a verbal warning for dog at large at 1:28 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate a vehicle reported to be blocking access to a business in the 200 block of Main Street at 1:31 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the Fifth Avenue area at 2:15 p.m.
A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 300 block of Railroad Depot Road at 3:57 p.m.
Two vehicles in the 700 block of Church Street were tagged for 48-hour removal at 4:40 p.m. and later moved.
A reported DUI driver was located on N. Fourth Avenue at 5:29 p.m.; he was not impaired but received a verbal warning regarding his driver’s license.

Ethen E. Braman, 66, of Spokane was cited in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 5:03 p.m. on a charge of petit theft.
An officer responded to a 911 hang-up in the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way at 5:55 p.m.
