SANDPOINT POLICE
Feb. 15
The owner of property on Chestnut Street was given two days to clear the sidewalks at 7:40 a.m. before a citation would be issued.
A VIN was verified in the 1400 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 8:55 a.m.
Numerous vehicles were tagged for snow removal around Sandpoint at 9:11 a.m.
An officer was canceled prior to arrival in the 200 block of S. Florence Avenue after an alarm was reported at 10:22 a.m.
A non-reportable collision occurred in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue at 11:12 a.m.
An officer answered a citizen’s questions regarding snow removal in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Oak Street at 3:44 p.m.
Stephen L. Gendro, 64, of Priest River, was arrested in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Spruce Street at 8:50 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence and cited on an invalid driver’s license charge.
Keys were reported taken in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 8:39 p.m.
Michael H Fritz, 22, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1500 block of Oak Street at 9:45 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
Report of a juvenile problem in the Oak Street area at 9:45 p.m.
Possible fraud was reported in the 4000 block of N. Boyer Road at 10:57 p.m.
A case was assigned to cover an agency assist on Mackie’s Way at 11:59 p.m.

An officer took a report of a juvenile problem in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 5:47 p.m.
