Report of a possible theft of property in the 900 block of Sixth Avenue at 6:37 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a hit-and-run accident involving a light fixture in the area of Second and Pine at 6:57 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Turbine Drive at 8:40 a.m.

The owner of a disabled vehicle in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue was contacted at 8:51 a.m.; she was in the process of getting it moved.

An officer was unable to contact the owner of a vehicle blocking access for construction in the 500 block of Oak Street at 8:46 a.m.

Numerous vehicles were tagged for 48-hour removal to facilitate snow removal in the city at 9:58 a.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 400 block of N. Fourth Avenue at 10:20 a.m.

An officer checked on a vehicle in the ditch in the area of N. Boyer and Culvers Drive at 10:33 a.m.; the driver already had help on the way.

An officer assisted Ponderay Police on Piehl Road at 10:41 a.m.

A Sandpoint officer documented minor damage to a county vehicle in the 500 block of Sagle Road at 10:58 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate a vehicle reported to be stalled in the roadway in the 1100 block of Poplar Street at 11:18 a.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 1000 block of Oak Street at 11:46 a.m.

A dog owner in the 2500 block of N. Boyer Avenue was issued a citation for allowing his dog to bark at 11:45 a.m.

Public works was notified of several traffic signals covered by snow in the area of Fifth and Larch at 12:25 p.m.

An employee accidentally set off the alarm in the 1600 block of Spruce Street at 3:12 p.m.

A found child was returned to her parent in the area of Hickory and Washington at 3:43 p.m.

A female with dementia returned home in the Larch Street area before an attempt to locate her could be aired at 4:46 p.m.

Report of a possible prowler in the 900 block of N. Division Avenue at 6:22 p.m.; the incident occurred several hours prior to the time of call.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on W. Superior at 6:44 p.m.

Officers contacted a male and female involved in an altercation in the 800 block of Hickory Glen Avenue at 9:32 p.m.; they separated for the night.

Andrea L Charlton, 28, of Ponderay, was cited in the area of N. First Avenue and Main Street at 10:45 p.m. on a misdemeanor charge of no insurance.

Officers were unable to locate a female in the area of the 100 block of S. First Avenue at 12:22 a.m. who was reported

to be inside a building.

Charles A Brown, 37, of Ponderay, was cited in the area of S. Boyer and W. Superior at 1:39 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana.
