Idaho Club plans expansion

SANDPOINT — A new subdivision is being planned at the Idaho Club.

The Bonner County Planning & Zoning Commission is conducting a public hearing next month to consider a proposal to subdivide an 11 1/2-acre lot into a 12-lot subdivision called Idaho Club Lake Estates. The Feb. 1 hearing starts at 5:30 p.m. in the Bonner County Administration Building, corner of Division and U.S. Highway 2.

Written remarks which exceed one page must be submitted to the Bonner County Planning Department no later than five days prior to the Feb. 1 hearing.
