Report of an overdose on Spirit Lake Cutoff Road at 6:15 p.m.

Delman McNutt, 54, of Sandpoint, was cited on a charge of driving without privileges in the 9000 block of Colburn-Culver Road at 7:33 p.m.

Trespassing was reported in the 600 block of McGhee Court in Kootenai at 10:11 p.m.

Jan. 1

A vehicle was struck while parked in the 1200 block of Oak Street at 8:39 a.m.

The street department was notified regarding unplowed streets in the sea of Sixth and Spruce at 8:53 a.m.

Timothy F. McDonnell, 50, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of Main and Cedar at 10:24 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

A citizen in the 100 block was referred to a locksmith in the N. First Avenue area at 10:32 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate a business owner in the 400 block of Church Street at 11:32 a.m.

A citizen in the 200 block of N. First Avenue was referred to a locksmith at 1:17 p.m.

A dog was transported to the shelter after a dog bite was reported in the area of Pine and Halley streets at 1:46 p.m.

A citizen was referred to a locksmith in the 200 block of E. Superior Street at 4:42 p.m.

Officers contacted two juveniles at City Beach, who denied having sex in the vehicle after a complaint at 6:09 p.m.

Darla L. Ingalls, 56, of Sandpoint, was cited on a charge of petit theft in the 500 block after allegedly taking books and food at 6:39 p.m.

An officer assisted Ponderay Police on a call on Fontaine Drive at 7:55 p.m.

A female was given a courtesy transport to the Crisis Center from the city at 8:42 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a dog reported to be injured in the are of Lakeview Boulevard and S. Boyer Avenue at 9:39 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate an injured dog in the 200 block of E. Superior Street at 1:20 a.m.
