An officer contacted a man yelling at two women in a vehicle in the 200 block of South First Avenue at 11:54 a.m. The man was advised to leave the area and did so.
Officers were unable to locate a reckless driver heading out of town in the area of Fifth Avenue at 12:12 p.m.
