To the Bonner County Commission, regarding the Natural Resource Plan:

As a citizen of Bonner County, I am opposed to any reference to the selling or transfer of federal lands to the state of Idaho. These lands belong to all the people. Once in the hands of the state, it will only be a matter of time that a cash-strapped governor, or state legislature will start selling off parts to private interest as they have in the past, ie. 1.7 million acres. These lands are part of our heritage, and should remain open and accessible, and should be passed down to future generations. Thank you.
