Davis scores 15 as Bulldogs fall to Lumberjacks in OT

ST. MARIES — Senior T.J. Davis scored a season-high 15 points for the Bulldogs, who came up short in overtime 53-52 to the Lumberjacks in nonleague boys basketball Tuesday night at St. Maries High School.

Alex Stockton added 13 points and Robbie Johnson 12 for the Bulldogs (6-11), who were swept in the season series against the 2A Central Idaho League team.

Dan Howard had 19 points and 16 rebounds for St. Maries (13-3), which scored 21 fourth quarter points to force overtime.

The Bulldogs host Moscow on Saturday, looking to put an end to a nine game losing streak and hand the Bears (3-0 4A IEL) their first league loss.

Bob Witte will call the game live on AM1400, with tipoff at 6 p.m.
