NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: Sealed bid proposals will be received: BY: BONNER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR: BONNER COUNTY SATELLITE EMS FACILITY Ponderay, ID AS FOLLOWS: 1) General Construction Prime Bids for this project shall be received as follows: BIDS shall be due July 10th at 2:00 p.m., local prevailing time, at the offices of the Bonner County Commissioners, 1500 Highway 2, Suite 308, Sandpoint, ID 83864. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope, addressed to Bonner County Commissioners and shall be identified with the Project name and the Bidder's name and address. Bids received after the time and date for receipt of Bids will be returned unopened. Bidders are required to submit one (1) original bid including all required attachments. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: shall be July 3rd at 9:00 a.m., local prevailing time, at the Project Site, located at the southwest corner of Kootenai Cutoff Road and Moody Lane, Ponderay, Idaho. The subject right of way exists on a portion of land located West of Highway 95, approximately 3.5 miles north of Sandpoint, Section 23, Township 58 North, Range 2 West, Boise-Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho.
