Elizabeth Ann Duncan, 71

Elizabeth Ann Duncan, 71, passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2018, in Sagle, Idaho.

Elizabeth was born on June 17, 1947, in Oakland, Calif., to parents Frank and Carrie (Tave) Chance.

She went to schools in Concord, Calif., and graduated from Clayton Valley High School in Concord on June 17, 1965.

She met the love of her life David Duncan and they were married on Febr. 10, 1968, in Reno, Nev., they started their family and soon after moved to Sandpoint, Idaho, in 1972 where Liz worked at various jobs as well as periodical coordinator at the Sandpoint Library for 10 years before retiring in 2009.

Liz loved her family, fur babies, garden, crafts, fishing, reading, holidays, shopping, TV and favorite movie “It’s a Wonderful Life”. She will be missed by all who loved her both family and closest friends.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, David Duncan; daughters, Carrie (Douglas) Myers, and Jennie Duncan; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a sister, Barbara (Bob) Shaver; a brother, Robert (Kathy) Chance; and numerous nieces and nephews.
