Benjamin C. Felicia, 33, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of Great Northern Road and Mountain View Drive at 5:46 a.m. on a charge of possession of paraphernalia.

An officer assisted Ponderay Police in the 476800 block of Highway 95 at 10:40 a.m.

A bicycle was abandoned in the 1400 block of Walnut Street at 9:28 a.m.

A shoplifting incident was placed under investigation in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 1:03 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken in the Samuelson Avenue area at 1:31 p.m.

An officer advised at 2:20 p.m. that the owner of a vehicle parked partially in the roadway in the 1200 block of Spruce Street was in the process of moving it back after road construction.

An officer was unable to locate a vehicle reported to be going the wrong way down a one-way street in the area of Lakeview Boulevard and Huron Avenue at 3:21 p.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 2300 block of Shady Oak Lane at 4:55 p.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions via telephone on W. Lake Street at 5:25 p.m.

An officer checked on a dog in a vehicle in the 200 block on S. Second Avenue at 5:45 p.m.; it was fine.

An officer advised at 7:04 p.m. that a victim of a battery reported at City Beach on Bridge Street decided not to press charges.

John D. Cellar, 23, of Clark Fork was cited on a charge of driving without privileges in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 8:41 p.m.; and Ryan W. Hathway, 27, of Clark Fork was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.
