A bicycle was abandoned in the 1400 block of Walnut Street at 9:28 a.m.
A shoplifting incident was placed under investigation in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 1:03 p.m.
A follow-up report was taken in the Samuelson Avenue area at 1:31 p.m.
An officer advised at 2:20 p.m. that the owner of a vehicle parked partially in the roadway in the 1200 block of Spruce Street was in the process of moving it back after road construction.
An officer was unable to locate a vehicle reported to be going the wrong way down a one-way street in the area of Lakeview Boulevard and Huron Avenue at 3:21 p.m.
