July 5
Jonathan B, Jones, 50, of Moyie Springs, was arrested in the area of Highway 95 and Tibbetts Lane at 1:14 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
Multiple people were contacted in the 200 block of Pine Street after a report of a fight at 1:32 a.m.; officers advised that no one wanted to cooperate. Kadin G. Phillips, 23, of Sandpoint, was arrested on a Bonner County warrant at the same time and location.
A report of a fight in the 200 block of N. First Avenue at 1:42 a.m. was determined to be unfounded.
An officer was unable to locate anyone having a party of speaking loudly in the 200 block of Church Street at 2:16 a.m.
