(Courtesy photo) A total of 46 runners attended the 8th annual Sandpoint High School Cross Country Mountain Running Team Camp recently. There is no better training for cross country than to run trails and hills, which more often than not are featured on cross country courses. Helping the runners were six graduates who served as counselors. Coaches Matt and Angie Brass have built one of the top 4A programs in the state, and the team-building and training done over the summer is a big reason why.
