July 5

After an attempt to locate was reported on Alder Street at 7:18 a.m., the call was transferred to the county as the wanted

subject left Sandpoint in a vehicle.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the Cedar Street area at 8:53 a.m.

An officer and Selkirk Fire responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury collision in the 100 block of N. First Avenue at 9:59 a.m.

A found syringe in the area of S. Florence Avenue and W. Lake Street at 1:39 p.m. was destroyed at the police department.

Accidental 911 activation was reported in the area of Highway 2 and Ridley Village Road at 1:53 p.m.

An illegally placed banner and flag were removed in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 2:52 p.m.

Property owners were advised at 3:08 p.m. that their fence in the 1200 block of Oak Street was in the right of way and needed to be moved back.

A vehicle in the 500 block was tagged for 48-hour removal at 3:10 p.m.

A vehicle with a dog inside had already left the 400 block of Church Street when the officers arrived at 3:14 p.m.

Alexia P. Tisdale, 30,, and Sarah E Bussey, 32,, both of Sandpoint, were arrested in the 200 block of S. Second Avenue at 9:06 p.m. on charges of battery after a physical altercation.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Pine Street at 9:05 p.m.

An officer responded to the 300 block of N. First Avenue at 9:14 p.m. for a report of disorderly conduct.

Officers contacted several males in Gunnings Alley at 9:14 p.m. reported to be loud and disorderly. They stated they were swimming.

July 6

Jasper Naumann, 42, of Coeur d’Alene, was arrested in the area of Alder Street and N. Third Avenue at 2:05 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence (second offense) and was cited on a charge of driving without privileges.

July 5

An officer responded to an alarm in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 6:04 a.m.

An officer responded for a welfare check in the area of Highway 95 and Kootenai Cutoff Road at 9:28 p.m.

Terri L. Mulvaney, 54, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 10:39 p.m. on charges of petit theft and willful concealment.

An officer responded to a noise complaint in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 11:11 p.m.
