Robert Dean Wing

On June 27, 2018, Robert Dean Wing of Sagle, Idaho, passed away.

He is survived by his wife, Sonia Torres; a son, Josh (Brittany) Wing of Springfield, Va.; a daughter, Elizabeth (Steven) Schumacher of Herndon, Va.;, and two granddaughters, Rachel and Avery Wing.

Mr. Wing was born in Reed City, Mich., and graduated from the University of Northern Colorado. His military service included two tours of duty in Vietnam with the U.S. Army. He later served in the Navy. Mr. Wing continued his service to the country with a career at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

A gathering will take place in Herndon, and internment at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
